PNoy continues to blame the Arroyo administration for MRT problems while saving DOTC Sec Abaya as a good chief

With only a couple days left in his administration, President Noynoy Aquino is still persuaded of that Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary Joseph Emilio "Jun" Abaya was an extremely fit leader of the said office. 

"Abaya, who was selected to the top DOTC post in 2012, has been generally condemned for the waiting DOTC troubles, from substantial movement in EDSA, moderate Web association and extreme portable charges, poor air terminal offices, delays in arrival of tags, and breakdowns of the Metro Rail Travel (MRT). Truth be told, in a late meeting, Aquino repeated that he has full trust and trust in Abaya and that the last ought not be rebuked for the issues harassing the DOTC.
